Instead, we provide a free, no-obligation in-home estimate to understand your requirements and quote a price that fits your budget. Contact your local GoMaid for a personalized estimate.

During the free in-home estimate, a GoMaid professional visits your home to assess your cleaning needs. We walk through each room, discuss your priorities, and note any specific areas of concern. The visit typically takes 20-25 minutes, and you’ll receive a written quote tailored to your home’s size, cleaning type, and location.

The time required depends on the service type. Regular cleans vary based on the home’s condition, with an initial clean to bring it up to standard. One-off cleans have a fixed price and time based on your needs. Deep cleans take longer if the home hasn’t been cleaned recently. We’ll provide an estimate during the in-home visit.

Please contact your local GoMaid office with at least seven working days’ notice, or a minimum of two working days, to reschedule without charge. Cancellations with less than two days’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the clean price. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time.

We treat your home with the utmost care. If an item is damaged, we’ll leave a note and contact you promptly. We’ll make every effort to repair or replace the item. Our fully insured maids and comprehensive insurance cover ensure your peace of mind.
